AskmyGP is the easy way to contact the surgery and get help or request an appointment without having to queue on the phone.
We aim to respond to askmyGP requests recieved in the morning the same working day (there will be no response on weekends or out of hours).
How does askmyGP work?
You can access AskmyGP on a mobile phone, tablet or computer and you can search for self-help advice or complete a simple questionnaire to send a message to the surgery.
Surgery staff will look at the request and take action, replying via AskmyGP with a solution to the problem, a phone call or arrange an appoinment.
You need an e-mail address and contact telephone number to use AskmyGP.
Why are we using this?
AskmyGP enables us to manage the demand we recieve at the surgery in the most appropriate way and enable us to deal with more problems in a more timely way.
We have found that our waiting times have greatly reduced (even with an increased work load post covid) and the feedback is that our patients like it to.
